Rink Bookings
HOW TO BOOK A RINK & BOOKING PRIORITIES
ALL BOWLING (ROLL UPS OR MATCHES) MUST BE BOOKED VIA THE ROMSEY BOWLING CLUB WEB SITE
Please follow the guide below to book ……
Log on to romseybowlingclub.com. Click on “WHATS ON”
Click on 2024 “RINK BOOKING”
Enter User Name (Details will be emailed out to members)
Enter Password (Details will be emailed out to members)
Click on “START”
Click on “DAY” Choose the date from the drop down menu
Click on “ MONTH” Choose the month from the drop down menu
Click on “NUMBER OF DAYS TO DISPLAY” Choose from the drop down menu
Click on “LOOK” - Booking sheet appears.
Click in the circle against the chosen time. If the same details are required for a double session click on the next session as well.
Scroll to bottom of page Click “CHOOSE”
Select “TYPE OF BOOKING” from the drop down menu
Fill in the details in the Home & Away slots with players name (s)
ie. Initial & Surname
Extra information can be entered in “NOTE”, (ie rink not required until 11am)
The priority number is allocated automatically.
Click on “BOOK”
BOOKING PRIORITY IS ALLOCATED AS INDICATED BELOW IF ALL RINKS ARE FULLY BOOKED
County & District Matches take booking preference, followed by a club competition, but members can only request a booked rink if the match must be played on that set date.
The priority number to be taken from a booked rink is as follows :-
- Select the LAST priority numbered Roll Up rink. Contact original booking member to discuss.
- If no Roll Up rink booked, select the LAST priority numbered rink for other bowling. Contact original booking member to discuss.
Tuesday/Friday Organised bowling afternoons. (Club competitions cannot be played on the organised afternoons). Organiser must be contacted to discuss a rink request if for a County or District match.
